08 — Phase 0
Phase 0 brings the ETRYUM model into clinical practice inside Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano — the first environment where its multidisciplinary approach begins serving patients and evolving through real clinical experience.

Integrative & Functional Medicine · Longevity
Integrative physician specialised in functional, preventive and personalised medicine, with advanced training and clinical experience in Switzerland and Germany. His practice is directed at the origin of a process, not only at its symptom.
Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology
Registered nurse from the University of the Balearic Islands, with a Master's in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology and a Master's in structural, myofascial and visceral osteopathy. Fifteen years of clinical practice across hospital emergency care, primary care and intensive care.
Advanced Physiotherapy
Recovery & Return to Performance
Physiotherapist, registration no. 5707 of the Official College of Physiotherapists of the Valencian Community. Over ten years across private practice, elite sport — first-division rugby and futsal — and medical centres. Specialised in musculoskeletal ultrasound, percutaneous functional neuromodulation and fascial therapy.
Each discipline works within its own scope of practice and coordinates with, or refers to, the responsible clinician whenever a case requires it. That coordination is the model — not an afterthought.
10 — A first visit
No protocol is applied before the person is understood. The first appointments are designed to build a complete picture, and only then a strategy.
You complete a detailed history and questionnaires in advance, and send any analyses or reports you already have. The consultation starts where it matters, not from zero.
Complete clinical history, personal and family background, medication and supplementation, and a full review of habits: nutrition, physical activity, sleep and circadian rhythms, stress, recovery and exposures. Review of available analyses and biomarkers. Identification of risk factors and priority areas.
A second appointment dedicated entirely to interpreting the results with you and building the strategy: objectives at short, medium and long term, the priority areas to act on, and how progress will be measured.
When a case calls for it, two or more clinicians assess the same person together: a clinical meeting before, a joint assessment, and a single coordinated explanation back to you. This is what "one patient, one system" means in practice — and it is why nothing is assessed twice.
Review of progress and adherence, the obstacles that appeared, evolution of the relevant biomarkers, and adjustment of the plan. Recovery and long-term health are not a single appointment.
Durations are the standard for each appointment; the sequence adapts to each person. Whenever a case requires medical diagnosis, prescription or a procedure belonging to another discipline, it is referred to or coordinated with the responsible clinician.
